Makes 1 cup
I call her Mountainous Miso-Maple Dressing firstly because when I first experimented with this recipe we were driving through the Rocky mountains! Secondly because when adding this dressing to any salad it just takes the salad to a MOUNTAINOUS level! Especially if you are having an "Asian dinner"... throw this dressing with bean sprouts and cucumber to add a fresh crisp Asian zing to your meal!
-1/4 cup water
-3 tablespoons miso
-3 tablespoons grape seed oil (or olive oil)
-1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
-1 garlic clove
-1 tablespoon of maple syrup
-In a blender or food processor, blend all of the ingredients listed above together until smooth!
-Toss with any salad! It adds such wonderful flavors! This is one of my favorite dressings!
