This icing is a perfect accent to your health, just as equally as it is to your desserts! Cashews are overflowing in magnesium which promotes strong, healthy bones! Also, cashews are rich in mineral copper that coverts into melanin, which is the pigment that give hair and skin its color! This Cashew Kream Icing will decorate your desserts beautifully and tickle your taste buds fantastically!
-1 1/2 cups RAW cashews
-Juice from 1 lemon
-2 tablespoons agave nectar syrup
-1/2 cup filtered water, as needed
-To make the icing, combine the cashews, lemon juice, agave nectar syrup, and water in a blender or food processor. Blend until kreamy, adding more water if needed for your preferred consistency for icing!
