This RAW Strawberry jam can be made with whatever your favorite fruit may be! It is simply blended with dates to conquer the sticky and smooth sensation we all want on our favorite toast for breakfast! This jam is also my favorite choice for adding between the layers of my RAW Cakes! Such as, RAW Strawberry Vanilla Cake, or RAW Chocolate Fudge Cake!
Strawberries are just a gold metal when it comes to fruits! Not only is it known for being a natural teeth whitener thanks to the high percentage of vitamin C, but strawberries are also known for being able to regulate digestion because of the high fiber content! Strawberries are also famous for lowering blood pressure, and surprisingly enough can help fight the desire to overeat!
1 cup strawberries
1/4 cup pitted Medjool dates, packed tightly
Throw all of the ingredients into the food processor and pulse lightly to mix well into your favored jam consistency!
*This jam will keep in the fridge for 2 to 3 days!! Enjoy!! It's luscious!
