For those of you who are new to eating healthy or just wanting to see what is in PA’s Snack Bag… Here ya go!
I think there is a lot of misconceptions about eating healthy and being vegan. One of them is that we are always hungry and we never have anything to eat. I cannot speak for everyone, but I do know that here at Pure Anthem we are ALWAYS eating and we almost always pack a snack bag. (Which we are so thankful to the Lord for constantly providing for us!) Snack bags keep you full, awake and never leave you hungry or settling for unhealthy options. Throw away the soda, little Debbie cakes and cheesy Doritos. Make a healthy snack bag!
